Goetze's Donates School Supplies to Support Baltimore Students in Need

Goetze’s set up stations at Back to School Night where parents and students were invited to pick up the tools they needed to kick off a successful school year.

BALTIMORE, MD (October 10, 2019) —​ Goetze’s Candy Company, donated more than $3,200 in new school supplies to students at Holabird Academy, a Baltimore City public school serving more than 500 students in grades pre-K through eighth grade.

After learning that the students and teachers could benefit from receiving new school supplies, Goetze’s set up stations at Back to School Night where parents and students were invited to pick up the tools they needed to kick off a successful school year.​

​“We are thrilled Goetze’s has donated supplies that will support our scholars’ success heading into the new school year,” said Stephanie Novak Pappas, Principal of Holabird Academy. “Ensuring that our scholars have the supplies they need levels the playing field. Our scholars can concentrate on their academics, and our busy families can feel confident that their children have the tools they need to succeed.  This is a huge support, and we are so grateful for this partnership!"
