Can I pick up my order?
Yes, select the pickup option from checkout and you will receive an email once your order has been filled. The pickup address is 1946 Greenspring Dr., Suite J, Lutherville-Timonium, MD 21093 at the Mouth Party Caramel suite.

Pickup hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. To arrange another pickup time or option, you can email nellg@goetzecandy.com. Please wait for an email confirming that your order is ready.

Can I create an account with the Goetze's Candy Online Store?
Yes. Your account will save your personal information and shipping information. You can create/login to your account using the "Log In" link to view your order history. Due to security reasons, we will never save your billing information.

What is the shipping policy?

We do NOT offer expedited shipping, it is cost prohibitive. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the entire order, you can select USPS Priority Mail or Fedex. We have a direct link to these carriers and we are passing along their cost to you, we do NOT add additional fees. You will receive an email when a tracking number is generated, however, it may take a day for the details to appear. The delivery time listed is from the date of shipment from our packing facility, not from the day you place the order and it is an approximation of when your order will arrive, NOT a guarantee. All carriers are extremely busy due to the number of packages being shipped. They do their very best to get them to you as soon as possible. Usually orders can be processed in a few days, however, we do not ship on the weekends or holidays.

If you have selected to pick up your order, please wait for email confirming it is ready PRIOR to arriving.

We accept orders being shipped to APO and FPO addresses, they will be shipped Priority Mail. We do not offer second day or overnight service, it is cost prohibitive. Please email nellg@goetzecandy.com to arrange an APO or FPO order.

Do you fulfill international orders?
At this time, we currently do not accept orders with shipping addresses outside of the United States due to shipping costs and customs fees.

Can I leave a gift note or comment about my order?
Yes! At the end of the checkout process there is a section titled "Note to Seller" that you can leave a comment about your order or request a gift note.

If your order is a gift for someone, please state that first and then include your message and the name you want to appear on the card (less than 140 characters).

What is our Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you're not satisfied with your order from Goetze's Candy Online Store for any reason, you may return your order within 10 days to receive a full refund for your original payment (minus shipping charges). If you would like to exchange your candy, you must return the product before we are able to send more.

Goetze's Candy Company, Inc. is not responsible for candy being exposed to extreme conditions, whether it is hot or cold, once it leaves our warehouse. Either of these conditions may alter the shape and texture of the candy.

How many candy pieces are in a particular bag/tin?
All products are measured and sold by weight, not pieces per product. The approximate number of pieces can be calculated at 40 pieces of candy per pound. This calculation is an estimation and does not measure out the exact number of candy pieces per item.
