BALTIMORE, MD (June 1, 2014) — Cow Tales® is an official 2014 sponsor of the National Tractor Pulling Association (NTPA). As a sponsor, Cow Tales will be featured at over 70 NTPA events throughout the Midwest from May through October, including a sample tent and street team at four Grand National events. The NTPA is the sport’s original and most respected truck and tractor pulling organization. Cow Tales will debut a new character, Duke, along with a new slogan “Pullers Get More Tale” at the NTPA events. “We felt that the Cow Tales brand and characters are a natural fit with tractor pulling and we wanted to have fun with this American farm theme,” said Meghan Brody, Brand Manager at Goetze’s Candy Company. Duke, his trucker hat, and “Pull Some Tale” will be featured on shirts, banners and ads throughout NTPA events. “NTPA fans take pride in their heritage and we take pride in ours. Goetze’s Candy is a 5th generation family owned and operated company that has been making confections in the USA for 120 years,” Meghan said. At the four Grand National events, Cow Tales will celebrate “made in America” with a contest to win a 1-year supply of Cow Tales. To enter the contest, participants must pose for a photo with Daisy, the original Cow Tales cow, and upload it to their Instagram account or the Cow Tales Facebook page.
