Caramel Crispy Rice Treats
Made With Cow Tales Bits

These Cow Tales® crispy bites are over-the-top, ooey-gooey, crunchy and chewy caramel treats that you will LOVE. They will disappear faster than you can “moo!”
These treats are easy to make and great for parties.
Make Caramel BitsUnwrap and chop Cow Tales® into bits about the size of a peanut. It was really quick to line the unwrapped Cow Tales up the length of our knife and slice them all at once. Try to not eat them all before the next step! Set the Cow Tales® bits aside.
Melt the MarshmallowsMelt the butter over medium heat. The butter will coat the pan and help to keep the marshmallows from sticking to it. Once the butter is melted, reduce the heat to low and stir in the marshmallows until they are completely melted. Turn off the stove.
Combine Dry IngredientsMix in the crispy rice cereal, followed by the Cow Tales® bits. The Cow Tales® bits will partially melt, so fold them into the mix and don’t over stir.
Final StepScoop the mix into a greased 8 x 8in baking pan. Using a piece of parchment paper, gently press the mixture into the pan. Let the caramel rice bars cool to room temperature and then slice them into 1-inch squares for serving. Do not refrigerate or the caramel will harden and the treats will no-longer be gooey.
